Return & Refund Policy – Rich Styler

At Rich Styler, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To receive a 100% refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Returns are only accepted after the buyer initiates the process by contacting us at support@richstyler.com.

2. Refunds

  • Full Refund (100%) – Applicable when the returned product is in perfect condition and returned within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Partial Refund (80%) – If the product is returned due to damage, defect, or other circumstances, we will issue a credit note worth 80% of the product value, which can be used on future purchases at Rich Styler.

  • Refunds (or credit notes) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

3. Shipping for Returns

  • The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • Customers are required to hand over the parcel to our designated logistics partner when arranged.

  • Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
