Return & Refund Policy – Rich Styler
At Rich Styler, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To receive a 100% refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted after the buyer initiates the process by contacting us at support@richstyler.com.
2. Refunds
Full Refund (100%) – Applicable when the returned product is in perfect condition and returned within 7 days of receiving it.
Partial Refund (80%) – If the product is returned due to damage, defect, or other circumstances, we will issue a credit note worth 80% of the product value, which can be used on future purchases at Rich Styler.
Refunds (or credit notes) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
3. Shipping for Returns
The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
Customers are required to hand over the parcel to our designated logistics partner when arranged.

5. Exceptions
Products returned after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or credit note.
Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
